Curried Sun-Dried Tomato is great as a dressing on grain or pasta salads, to slather on bread for sandwiches, like in this grilled aubergine and halloumi sandwich, and it's particularly delicious with hummus!

Ingredients: Marinated Sun Dried Tomato (Sun Dried Tomatoes (50%) (Sun Dried Tomatoes, Salt), Rapeseed Oil, White Wine Vinegar, Water) (58%), Water, Apricot Conserve (Apricots, Sugar, Citric Acid), Curry Spices (Coriander, Cumin, Turmeric, Chilli, Bay, Cinnamon, Garlic) (2%).
